Karolis has joined us in 2014 from the position in Jurbarkas Division. From his first days as a Transport Manager, he perfectly remembers his colleagues who were eager to help the then young man with very few logistical skills to grow and to get insight into this filed. Several years ago, Karolis moved to Kaunas Division and was soon promoted to the Senior Transport Manager’s position followed by his advancement to the Head of Transportation by Vehicle Transporters Management Division at the beginning of this year. Karolis has distinguished the respect to every employee’s insights and opinion as one of the most exclusive features of the company. Mutual respect and support presents a great opportunity to approach every challenge from a new angle and to find the right solution.

And the apprenticeship was then beginning of everything...

Elida has joined us in 2014 as a 3rd year student. After the logistics apprenticeship in Jurbarkas Division, she return to us after finishing her BA studies. Due to her experience and personal skills, she was offered two job positions–as the Logistics and Insurance Manager. Having decided to take this way, she was soon promoted to the Quality Manager’s position and currently she is simultaneously the leader of the team of seven people and the Quality Division Manager. Elida says that she is very happy to grow as a professional in the company that values the input of every employee.
